A New Day is Dawning

Much like a child at Christmas, everyone was up out of the bed at 5:30 this morning. The high tide of 6:19 a.m. will help our exit out of the channel.

We were able to have a pizza party with Ed and Mari-Etta and bid our farewell. They have been busy with house and boat projects and we have been in quarantine so our interactions have been limited. It was fun to catch up and wish one another well. Ed says they hope to be in Deltaville sometime and we look forward to that day.

Jaxon and Cooper are somewhat confused at the early rise and when we start those engines I tell them we will be “rocking their world”. It has been over thirty days since we last moved Paradigm Shift. We did fire up the engines yesterday to make sure they were still kicking out water and ready for the “blast from the past”.

The sun is just beginning to rise and with that we will start our departing procedures. Next stop No Name Harbor, south of Miami, Florida! We will anchor there tonight for our final departure for Bimini! WOO HOO!
