We have anchored at St. Mary’s once before on TiAmo but never at this time of the year. We were busy preparing dinner when what looked like a parade of “run abouts’…..20 ft to 25 ft power boats passing us and heading into the town docks. We were thinking it must be a special at a restaurant but it turned out to be quite different. It was a lovely display of lights by way of these boats. They put on a parade on the water going around and around in circles for about thirty minutes. You could hear the folks on the shore clapping and carrying on. What a nice reminder that Christmas is coming our way soon. I wish we could say that we had been to shore but the weather has been pretty nasty here and with the generator issue we have been a little skittish about dropping the dinghy. As we gain our faith and the weather improves, we are sure to change that opinion.

As you can see, our little scout has got it all under control. He watches the anchorage and makes sure all is good. This little guy knows no fear, while Jaxon sits, like the big brother and says “you are going to get in trouble”. If there is any sunshine in our days, it is watching these two characters figure things out.
